Great property with excellent service. A great Hilton experience.

We stayed 1 night at the Hilton. The room was spacious, clean, and well equipped, with a bus stop right in front of it. The location was fine being a 25-minute walk to the Peace Monument and Peace Museum. Their staff was very helpful, with Hien and Miku from their front desk graciously working hard to help us replace an item we lost during our trip. Their buffet breakfast was great with a variety of items like fruit, salad, dumplings, scrambled eggs, bacon, fish, pickled veggies, yogurt, seaweed, and desserts.

The Hilton was an amazing place to stay, the rooms were so spacious, and so was the bathroom. Everything was clean and modern, and we were very comfortable. The staff were very friendly as well, complete with a welcome drink, baggage service and an early check in.

Exceptional hotel. Great location. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Good buffet at breakfast and dinner. Nice bar with Soul singer. Very comfortable room. Much better value than the ryokans we stayed in (which had shared facilities, which is unacceptable in this century!) Just book The Hilton! You won't be disappointed.

When I was booking I was curious about especially high rating but well it truly was amazing they got everything, the room Is well organized, you have one small hot artificial bathtub onsen in room and you can also reserve one for your room number, amenity kit is perfect with great in-room selection of everything you might need, the staff is really helpful and as we arrived a little bit before check-in they helped us organise our time and advise us on what to do in the city and nearby island

I liked that it was the Hilton and the low price to stay at such a fancy hotel. The food options were varied although my friend and I only tried out Sensui (expensive, though!). Location-wise, it's pretty decent with a shopping centre close by and a bus stop not too far away. But most of all, I liked how big the rooms were! This was, by far, the best sized room during our entire stay.

Was very surprised by the quality of this hotel. As the Hilton brand is declining in term fo service in other countries, this one is way above. It fits with a 5 stars level hotel. Great rooms, very cleaned with space, fine decorated, top service and amazing pool. It was nice to have a « Japanese traditional » break and have for 1-2 nights some good modern confort. Would recommend it to anyone. And really affordable in terms of price.

A very clean hotel. The lift was fast. The breakfast was delicious and a good choice of food. The bed was very comfortable and a huge size. I loved the shower, a real luxury.The smiley face on the hotel wall was noticeable from a distance and made it easier to get to the place. For people coming by bus from train station there’s a bus stop a few minutes away on the Promenade of peace. The bus number is 102. And when you see Hilton hotel you get off.
