One of the best hotels out there, outstanding service, Hilton never disappoints

Exceptional comfort, but it's the Hilton. I paid for the best and I got what I paid for. The view from the 22nd floor was exactly what I was hoping for.

It was more expensive than the previous hotels we stayed in but it was well worth it. The old saying, you get what you pay for, was true for the Hilton.

Perfect for a curious couple happy to meet the best of Osaka in a short stay. Perfect location :)

The Hilton is conveniently located across the road from Osaka station.

Checkin staff speaks perfect English and is really helpful. My original BBQ dinner was cancelled by the restaurant and Hilton staff recommended and booked me another one which was bravo!

Location proximity to Osaka Station was good, but it is quite DIFFICULT to find your way to the hotel in all the underground “Hilton East” and “Hilton West” large areas. Very poorly marked or no signs at all.

Hotel room is clean, staff service is very good, morning breakfast suit for everyone. Overall we have a very good time staying in Hilton Osaka.

Very convenient location with underground access to the JR railway and metro, plus high end shopping mall and restaurants/cafe's next door (Ritz Carlton and Hilton nearby) A substantial breakfast is on offer with Japanese and European flavours buffet style, with fresh juices, fresh coffee, and tea. The hotel is very popular for evening cocktails and wine, served with snacks, as part of the package. A spa is available, but we had no time to try it.
