Everything was exceptional, the room we stayed in was so clean and had lots of room. The staff were so friendly, helpful and accommodating to everything. As a first time trip to Thailand not having too much experience with the internal commute (e.g. taxis and places to visit) the staff were very helpful with recommendations and constantly asking if we are okay and need anything. A few people we had spoken to on the resort had been visiting for their 8-9th time and have stayed at the Hilton almost every time.

Initially you think you’re staying at a Plaza or Hilton thinking you’ve got a great deal. It starts to unravel when you walk through the door….

We stayed 7 nights in Doubletree hotel. Everything was exceptional. The hotel stuff were very polite and helpful in everything we needed. The room and the facilities were exactly as shown in the pictures. The pool bars were great and served us amazing cocktails. Breakfast was fantastic and included food and beverages for all taste. The hotel location was also excellent, as it is located in Patong beach and had everything nearby in walking distance (super market, pharmacy, tuk tuk, exchange and more). I totally recommend it !

Service level is fully matching to Hilton chain level. We get half board and meals were mostly the same, but still you may find good variety of European and Thai dishes. All staff were helpful and professional. For Russian speakers there is a Russian native speaker staff as well. In room there are all necessary essentials with high quality hygienic stuff. Located next to perfect beach Bang Tao, shuttle to beaches and market is available.

That's hilton guys. Great location close to heart of the city by walking for 1 minutes, very clean, new rooms. Absolute professional workers. Helps everything you need.

Breakfast. My room size and room service by cleaning staff. Views of the hills & pool from my balcony in amongst the palm tree canopy. Pool was a perfect temperature.

Great value for money.. the 10 rating is purely based on value for money.. its not like your hiltons or holiday inns type of property.. rather days inn by Wyndham is simple, its functional, its clean, good staff, good rooms, great location.. gym, swimming pool.. nice cafe with good food and coffee.. walking distance from bangla road..

its really pretty and the rooms are really nice especially the sea view ones in wing B. On the last day I got really ill with food poisoning and the staff (rainny or renny to be specific) took full care of me by arranging having a doctor and nurse come to my room and a late check out so that I got more rest before my flight. Excellent service that I expect from Hilton name.
