The Pine Studio is very spacious, squeaky clean and all the basic things you need are provided. The AC is reverse cycle (can be used as an air conditioner or as a heater). My stay there was peaceful and quiet, just what I needed. Staff responds promptly to requests. It is a 10 out of 10 for me for location, cleanliness, and facilities. Bin bags, toiletries, towels, air freshener, washing machine soap, etc. all provided. Great value for money.

Location was perfect for what we needed. The villa was spacious, and very quiet for being just off a main road. Everything you needed was provided, and keyless access to the property was so handy - not having to worry about locking yourself out is always a relief! The property is still very new, so the little creature comforts and extras that add warmth to a place haven't been added yet. Would definitely like to see the villa when it's completed

Nice and tidy and quiet. All very new and clean, bathroom was lovely. Toilet in a strange location near back door but all very clean and serviced well. Bed was comfy and opening windows each morning to the birds singing was lovely. Location is right next to parklands and outlook was lovely.

The unit is excellent. The only thing that is disappointing is that it is very hard to not make a mess when it rains as the driveway concrete slopes towards the entrance and a nearby tree drops stuff everywhere which is easy to transport inside. There is a Matt just inside the door but very limited area to take off work boots or any boots in fact. TV does not have access to an antenna.

The location was perfectly close to everything we needed . Travel to visit family was excellent as we were central to all our destinations we travelled to with ease. I lived in Brisbane for many years and it was excellent to shop and eat at sunny bank again as it is my favourite place that I can remember and is still my favorite place , a very enjoyable and memorable experience. Cozy home lives up to all what I expected plus more ... Very peaceful , relaxing and clean. Also appreciated the reliable service and communication with cozy homes 10/10. Highly recommended.
