A really unique accommodation focused on sustainability. Located at a picturesque location with plenty of space and privacy for each log cabin. The log cabin are brand-new and with a clever lay-out. The porch is fantastic, and you can enjoy the wildlife of goats and sheep (and if you are lucky you can see the hosts trying to catch escaped goats/sheep’s, Hilarious!) And the breakfast is awsome

A delightful, cosy property set in a quiet location. The Gîte is a renovated outbuilding with lots of charm and character. A warm welcome awaited us on arrival by the proprietors. The photographs on the website do not do it justice……it is absolutely adorable! A small stream flows in front of the building along with a small grassy area to sit outside when the weather allows. Quiet and peaceful with the occasional sound of traffic. The nearby church had very charming bell ringing sounds at certain times of the day. Indoors a fully equipped kitchen with everything one needs if not more…….microwave, coffees machines, dishwasher, refrigerator with small freezer, pots pans and plenty of dishes etc! A welcome pellet oven or log burner was available for cool weather along with heating in the bathroom and kitchen area. Walk in shower and plenty of room in the bathroom for two. Plenty of beds to choose from…..we chose the separate bedroom which had a very comfortable bed for sleeping in. It didn’t bother us that the tv is set upstairs. I can recommend the two armchairs to sit in…..very comfortable. We were given a tour of the neighbouring main house with its B&B rooms with optional evening meal also tastefully decorated. There is also a bakery nearby for your morning croissants, pain au chocolat or baguette. In nearby Arches is a train station. All in all a great place to stay which we can thoroughly recommend!
