The Granary is exactly as is shown in the photos. The hosts are the sweetest of people, who made sure we felt right at home by providing some local delicacies. They also made sure there was coffee (nespresso), tea and milk, which we very much appreciated. The nearby pub serves great food and drink from a picture perfect location. We did not do much hiking ourselves, but the location is right next to a path. The owners even provide a well organized binder with different suggested hikes in the direct vicinity of the apartment. For rainy days there is a selection of board games as well. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Great place, Beaminster is idyllic. Cosy little cottage that the kids absolutely loved. Even a few games and puzzles to entertain us. Close to Jurassic coast for fossil hunting and nice national trust half an hour north.

This was an exceptional stay - communication was fantastic with the host, she was really friendly and responsive. Bow cottage was exceptionally well presented and impeccably clean. The bed was really comfortable and the shower (particularly for an electric shower) was great! There were lovely welcome touches from the host which was lovely. It was lovely and warm and very cosy. There aren't any other cooking facilities than a microwave so not suitable if you want to do proper self catering. Will definitely stay again!

Lovely cottage in great location. Bedrooms we're really comfortable - beds, duvet, pillows super comfy. Night lights with sensors on the stairs were really helpful to find your way to the bathroom in the night. Kitchen and sitting room had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely views all around, we even spotted a rabbit. Parking outside, really convenient. Location made it easy for us to get to Lyme Regis, Abbotsbury and Bridport. Perfect for the 3 of us.

We loved the accommodation and the gorgeous views. It was very quiet, too, which is a bonus for us. The gardens are just beautiful, so we enjoyed sitting out on the large patio. The weather was kind to us, which made a difference. Kevin and Chris are wonderful hosts and very friendly. They added to the enjoyment of our stay.

I booked this for my husbands parents to come and visit us but unfortunately a week before their arrival they had a catastrophic house fire and lost everything. They had to get emergancy passports so touch and go whether they would make it but they did and they were really in need of a comfortable base during their stay while they recovered from the shock. To arrive and find the very thoughtful owner had left a selection of essentials was a godsend ; teabags, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and a lovely bottle of cider plus lots of other useful bits fairy liquid etc etc. really made a difference and as they were unable to bring them from home saved them a lot of hassle. The heating was turned on before their arrival so it was beautiful and warm after their long journey from France. Really comfortable and a lovely log fire plus heating. Parking by the front door ( which is behind the house so very private) and a little patio which on nice days would be good. Very comfortable beds and basically a nice little home from home with everything - books, games, nice shower, good location very quite but in a village close to lots of other places like Yeovil and Crewkerne which is a gorgeous town. Crewkerne has a Waitrose, banks, restaurants, pubs, butcher, bakers, hardware, eveything you could need or go to Yeovil and that is a big town with every amenity you could need. Will 100% be rebooking in the future!

Quirky little cottage, my children loved it, was cosy with the log burner, very friendly pub round the corner and a park in the village for the kids, the little shop was great for anything you may have forgot. Tea, coffee, bread and milk with a little choccy treat were left for us which made our stay perfect. Would definitely recommend. Thankyou
