I couldn’t rate this home more highly. The attention to detail of the property was exquisite; the beautiful furnishings, the homely lighting, crisp white linen and the welcome treats upon arrival. The property is exceptionally well kitted out, with added extras- hot chocolate maker, air fryer, record player and clear ‘shop locally / environmentally conscious’ theme throughout. Everything within the property felt well thought through and purposeful. Very clean and tidy upon arrival. We agree without a doubt that we’ll be visiting again. Absolutely gorgeous location and property. Very clean and tidy throughout, all the beds were super comfortable and everyone had a great night's sleep. The lounge is very cosy and easily fit all eight of us visiting, and the dining room looks out over the stunning view. There is a gorgeous outside seating area. The house has several windows which allows it to cool down quickly in the heat (we were visiting during the spring heatwave). The kitchen was very clean and had a large fridge which made it very easy for us to store all the food we brought. Upstairs, the four bedrooms are all double beds (one of the pictures implies there is a room with twin beds) but they can all (but one) be separated, but I think you will need to request single mattresses. The bathrooms were all very clean and of good size. We had a wonderful stay with no issues or concerns! Things you may want to bring: - Sleep mask - if you're sensitive to light, the curtains are good but not blackout curtains. - Ear plugs - whilst the location is very quiet, we had the great pleasure of a peacock deciding to charm us at 5 in the morning with his dulcet screams. Obviously this isn't the owner's fault, but if you're a light sleeper, it's worth considering! (The peacock came to say goodbye to us too, he was quite a charmer!)
