Pretty property & area very relaxing a lot of thought put in supplying board games & books for children if you have them. Also a nice little welcome pack was left for us. Ducks in the grounds were a delight & food for them was supplied which we replaced for next residence.

This was very pretty and cute accommodation which is very tastefully decorated. Very comfortable and clean with great facilities. The host Leon was very helpful and pleasant. We stayed here for a mini break on the Norfolk coast. The house is beautiful, very spacious and comfortable. We were a 20 min drive to Wells, Holkham, Burnham Market, Blakeney and we visited all 3. The host is easily accessible and responds promptly to any questions. We would highly recommend.
