The location was excellent, a 5 minute walk to the main street. The property had everything and more for what you would need. The cottage was modern, yet it still felt like a cottage. My granddaughter loved the bunkbed

I couldn’t rate this home more highly. The attention to detail of the property was exquisite; the beautiful furnishings, the homely lighting, crisp white linen and the welcome treats upon arrival. The property is exceptionally well kitted out, with added extras- hot chocolate maker, air fryer, record player and clear ‘shop locally / environmentally conscious’ theme throughout. Everything within the property felt well thought through and purposeful. Very clean and tidy upon arrival. We agree without a doubt that we’ll be visiting again. Beautiful cottage in lovely quiet location. Very cosy. Set in a little hamlet on the river, the cottage was peaceful and the kids loved playing in the little stream outside the cottage and the river at the back (a little walk down the road to get into the river). The cottage was lovely and clean, a well stocked kitchen to be able to cook a family meal. Being able to cook on an Aga was a new experience, and having an open fire kept us cosy in the evenings.
