It’s beautiful, quiet and welcoming. Somehow, it’s also a really healing place to be and you feel loved/love the place in return. The views are spectacular, the facilities modern and maintained. So peaceful!!!! Birds singing, light drone of the engines of the boats on the canal, and not much else to disturb you. The pictures do not do the property justice - it is very spacious. Relax in the conservatory or around the dinner table. This place allows everyone to do what they need to enjoy the tranquillity. We used it as base camp for Ben Nevis so we will always remember the part it played in conquering that peak. Fort William is 15 mins away and has what you need to fill the fridge or have an evening out.
