We were lucky as there were only limited guests on day of our arrival due to bad weather. Liked the hospitality of the team. Place was close to new as the resort was opened recently.

Very lovely staff always happy to help. Food (optional extra) was very high quality and really delicious. The apartment was very comfortable. There were minor things that needed updating (paint on a wall etc.) but the property was very clean and well maintained. The location was great as it was not too far from the centre. Very happy with the stay and will definitely come back.

We were looking for a “Quietcation” with family where we could run away from the hustle and bustle of daily life. This was just perfect. The views to the hills and the tea estate were stunning. The only sounds were birds chirping and leaves swaying. We did step out of the villa to visit some of the recommended places but ultimately thought it would have been best to stay within. The staff were very very hospitable and catered to all requirements happily. Special mention is Kavita and the brilliant food she churned out during the entire stay. Every meal was better than the other . The only mistake we made was that we didn’t pre book our lunch for check in so had to call out which was something we should have avoided. No meal in any place other than the villa stood a chance. The overall hygiene and cleanliness was also very good.

You have to order your food in advance. The only con was the distance from coonoor to the hotel, it will take you around 45mins to reach there, but it was worth it for us.. the hotel has good scenic views from the top floor.. the garden was a bliss.. there is a good bonfire option in the garden also, we highly recommend it.. price was also fair just location is to be considered rest we had a great experience.. we got kitchen facilities also.
