We loved staying at the apartment, Mario and his Family are excellent hosts, very helpful and friendly. The apartment is located a bit outside of Forio centre in a rather quiet Road, a couple nice Restaurants, two Supermarkets, Beach, Pharmacy, Beach- and Newspaper shop and a nice Bar are within short walking distance, so are the wonderful botanical Gardens. There is a nice equiped Kitchen, three Bedrooms with comfortable beds, two bathrooms and, last but not least a big and wonderful terrace with views from the Sea to Monte Epomeo and back again! The bus stop is just 5min away, the public transport (Bus service) in Ischia is very good, so there's no need to compete with local traffic ;-). If you want to walk to the city centre of Forio, there's a approx 20min walk, leading alongside the Beaches (and a lot of Restaurants) - do this at the beginning of the Sun setting and you will be rewarded with a wonderful sunset! Once again thanks a lot to Mario & Family for providing this Gem and for being wonderful hosts - Mille Grazie!

Amazing Villa with Stunning Views and great hosts! We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this private villa in Ischia, and we cannot recommend it enough! The views are absolutely breathtaking—whether you're enjoying a meal outside or lounging by the beautiful pool, you're treated to surreal panoramas of the sea, with sunsets that seem to stretch on forever. The atmosphere is peaceful, surrounded by nature, offering a true escape from everyday life. The location is perfect—just a short drive to some of the best restaurants in Forio, and only 5 minutes from the ferry terminal. There’s also a supermarket conveniently located a minute away by car. Although the road leading up to the villa is narrow, it's a short distance, and renting a small Fiat or scooter makes navigating it a breeze. This is a beautiful property in Ischia and was perfect for our group of six. The house and garden are spacious and the location was excellent. It was close to transport options but also quiet. The views from the upper area are spectacular. Communication with the host was excellent. The welcoming bowl of fruit along with pantry basics was really appreciated. This property exceeded our expectations.
