The facility was great and very clean. The staff were very friendly. The instructions were very clear and very thorough on how to use the BBQ, Sauna, and kitchen. The sauna, fire pit, marshmellows, and drinks were great! Thank you!

There was a sudden heavy snow and our car was stuck in the snow. Our arrival time turned out to be almost 12am, we have messaged and informed the host, she was really kind, she stayed up and waited for us. She helped us to call the car rental service to make alternate arrangements and suggested safer routes for us to go Shirakawago the next day and route to return to Tokyo. House was spacious and clean, especially recommend for families.
