The old riads are nice but after some days we really enjoyed to stay in such a luxury house with a terrace with beautiful view. If we have chance to come back, we will take more time to enjoy the swimming pool and the fantastic empty beaches.

Clean air-conditioned accommodation, quiet, relaxing and well sunny, close to everything you need. a beautiful Lumineux garden pour la nuit et une bonne cuisine team Yassine the owner is a very personnage respectful, friendly and professionnel. we spent a Exceptional stay, my children loved it. Don't forget to go eat fish at Costimar a martil, it's a great experience. Thank you Yassin for the warm welcome and the Chocolate pour les enfants. we will definitely be back.

My wife and I had a fantastic time at the villa. It’s much better in real life we couldn’t believe the size of it. The caretaker Yassin and his wife were very attentive and friendly. They were a call away always ready to help. The owner is A great person he even made sure to stay awake until I have checked in and settled given the circumstances of me arriving late and not knowing my way very well. Overall I give it 5 stars for top notch hospitality. Highly recommended

We couldn’t have asked for a more magical stay at la maison du Yacht! The view from the terraces is stunning 🤩 Mohamed Amine was very communicative, answered promptly any questions we had, and was very pleasant and kind. The house was spotless clean, comfy beds with a nice Moroccan touch with the deco and design. We stayed in July, and for those wondering about heat/AC; the house gets plenty of natural breeze all day. And there are ceilings fans and a portable fan if anyone needs it. We personally didn’t use them cus the natural breeze was enough. Thank you again to the Maison du Yacht team for being such amazing hosts, we will certainly recommend it to anyone who is looking for a perfect stay in Cabo Negro 🏖️
