We enjoyed our time at the Villa, which was the best equipped Villa, we have experienced. It had everything one needs and much more. The swimming pool, was great and had a special heater, to keep the water warm and more comfortable to swim in. Murat bey, who was not only taking care of the Villa but also the customers, including us. We had many requests and Murat bey was able to fulfil them. We can only recommend this place to future customers and you can be certain that Murat bey will take good care of you.

The apartment was ideally situated for the old town and also quiet with its' private outdoor space. It was well equipped, comfortable and clean with the air conditioning making high temperatures comfortable. The host was very welcoming and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

Great location, very responsive and nice host, beautiful house - everything was just perfect! It was also very clean and quiet. Parking a car can be a challenge sometimes but it’s mostly possible (once we were told by the guard to the Old City to park the car outside the area, which means a little more walking).

Excellent host, communicated really well. Very clear directions and check-in instructions and responded quickly to any messages and questions we had before and during our stay. Great views and lots of useful extras provided for a self catering apartment (e.g. soap dispensers, toilet roll, kitchen roll, dishwasher tablets etc.) all little things, but things that you miss if you do not have and can add up if you need to purchase all when you get there.

My family and I decided to stay at this villa on our trip to the old Kaleiçi. its ideal location—quite calm and just 50 meters from eateries and pubs. Our infant slept soundly because there isn't any noise in the vicinity. Regretfully, due to the winter season, the pool is closed; however, the hotel, where the pool is situated, is only a short distance away and boasts an amazing garden. We sat there for a while. We were served tea and coffee by our host, Sedat. extremely kind and considerate . Without a doubt, we'll return and heartily endorse
