Situated in Grizebeck and only 30 km from World of Beatrix Potter, 2 Malt Kiln Cottages features accommodation with mountain views, free WiFi and free private parking. The Muncaster Castle is within 37 km of the holiday home. The property is non-smoking and is set 34 km from Lake Windermere. The flat was very spacious and had a nice view of an old cottage across the road. Everything was clean with nice modern fixtures and appliances. Although the flat is right on the roadway, we had no road noise. Having off-street parking was a plus. We also liked having two full bathrooms. The kitchen had everything one would need for a short or long stay with a large refrigerator.

This holiday home also includes a patio that doubles up as an outdoor dining area. For added privacy, the accommodation features a private entrance. The location was excellent, we had a lovely view of the ocean and it was very accessible by car. The holiday home is warm, cosy and well-equipped to meet needs. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, would definitely return again if I'm in the area.

Beautifully appointed, spacious cottage in a wonderful location close to the coast and western Lake District. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom modern, and decor beautifully done. Outdoor patio area for fine days, parking right out the front and washer and dryer for catching up on laundry. Spotlessly clean.

Guests can access the holiday home via private entrance. Stayed in the Larch Cabin. Brilliant communication from staff prior and during the stay. Love how much information they provided in regards to using items in the log cabin (such as fire) and the local area (walks, vets, hospital etc). Kitchen was well equipped with all the utensils to make decent meals so you don't need to worry about bringing everything from home like some self catering places. Nice, cosy and really clean. Ideal place for couples looking to get away, really quiet area and not too busy 🙂

This accommodation made our time there really special. Lovely and clean home, with a modern interior impressed us when we walked in. Having the hot tub there was amazing really completed a perfect stay. Bed was super comfortable, I really have nothing bad to say about this stay. Loved every second of it, location was great aswell. Hosts were very easy to contact and were very polite. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Windermere!

Amazing location, it's in the prime location of Windermere and the walk is a stones throw. The property is immaculate, so clean and beautifully decorated.. then the hot tub is just a perfect addition.
