Tout était parfait: très jolie maison, tres bien decoree et extrêmement bien située, à proximité du centre historique et des plages. Pas loin de la réserve naturelle. On s'y sent très bien et comme chez-soi! Je recommande à 100%!

Everything was very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully furnished. The apartment is exceptionally well-equipped, offering more than the usual amenities. The two outdoor areas (terrace and garden with shower and barbecue) with a fantastic sea view are particularly worth mentioning. We were warmly welcomed by the host, who gave us helpful advice and great excursion tips. We can highly recommend the apartment and would have loved to spend the rest of the summer there. 😎

Fresh fruit and very nice and friendly owners were waiting for us on our arrival. There is a lot to see and experience in the area. We were very satisfied and will definitely visit this place again.

Very good apartment with everything you need for a good stay. The host is nice and caring. A lot of space, comfortable beds and nice bathrooms. Big terrace with amazing view - we liked everything.

Really kind hosts and great communication. The location is perfect. About 5 minutes drive into the port town, and 15 minutes to some amazing beaches. Staying up the hill meant it was cooler in the evenings, peaceful and had an amazing view. We loved seeing the animals each day. Thanks for having us!

Beautiful view and quirky interior. Great communication from the owner - even offered a guide for local restaurants and things to do.

Situé à Follonica, l’hébergement "Le chic" sulla duna fronte mare offre une vue sur la mer. Il possède une terrasse, un restaurant, un bar et une connexion Wi-Fi gratuite. The location of this property was absolute perfection! Private, as close to the water as possible, and a lovely, clean efficient beach house. We loved the proximity to restaurants so we could walk everywhere. Mara was lovely, helpful and enhanced our stay!

The property is situated in a grand old house that has very recently been renovated, effortlessly combining modern facilities with "old world" charm. The property is placed on top of a hill, which comes with excellent views of the sea and mountains. Beds were very comfortable and the the entire apartment was impeccably clean on our arrival. Modern and well stocked and equipped kitchen. Three bathrooms all with large and powerful showers. The air con is effective and each room has its own temperature control. Marco was extremely helpful; genuinely concerned that we enjoyed our stay. He could not have done more to ensure that we had a good time. He drove us to the supermarket to do our shopping the day after we arrived, ordered us something that we needed from Amazon which we had forgotten to bring with us and organised our taxi to the airport for us. Marco is also very knowledge about the history of the property (which was built by his great grandfather in 1851!) and the history of Follonica, which I enjoyed hearing about. We look forward to returning next year!

L’établissement Tenuta Fiumara se situe à Marina di Grosseto (Toscane), à 1,2 km de ce lieu d’intérêt : Plage de Marina di Grosseto. We chose Tenuta Fiumara as a base to explore Tuscany and enjoy the sea at the same time and never regretted our choice! 1. The villa is brand new, tastefully and thoughtfully furnished and equipped with everything we needed. We are a family with 2 teenage kids and we had nothing missing: dishes, cooking pots and pans, more than enough towels, grill etc. On the arrival we were nicely surprised by a very generous welcome basket + coffee machine with dozens of capsules. If you are not a fan of those, there is an Italian coffee pot. Beds are comfortable with new white lines being changed weekly. 2. We drove for 1 day trips to Siena, Florence, Pisa and several smaller towns around. 3. The nearest beach is just 15 min walk through pine wood and most of the way you walk in wonderful cool shade. The nearest beach facility is affordable and very relaxed/friendly. The beach itself is just perfect: white sand and warm waters. A couple of times we saw jelly fish, but it happens anywhere in warm waters. 4. There is another house on the property, but we didn't see. The villa has its own gates, lawn, shed for the car, sun beds and feels very private. 5. The pool is just a few steps from the house, but you don't see it (and other people) from the porch. It's big enough to swim, there are about dozen brand new sun beds and shower. 6. Not the least, Leonardo, the manager of the villa is available 24/7, speaks perfect English is very, very helpful! If we are coming back to Tuscany, we are definitely staying at the villa again!
