Staff are extremely friendly, I had booked the wrong room as I had my 2 kids with me and needed the pull out bed, but they were kind enough to get a trundler bed for us.

Loved it! Adorable stuff. We arrived late in the night and they found the way to welcomed us anyway. Our cabin was great: clean,cozy and with all the conforts we needed. We'll surely come back.
