Excellent location right next to the station and yet no disturbance from train noise. Views from the restaurant of the Jungfrau mountain as well as the Lauterbrunnen valley were lovely. The swimming pool facilities were excellent, especially for a 3 star hotel. The staff were lovely and friendly. I don't know why this isn't a 4 star hotel!

The hotel was very clean, friendly and helpful staff, very good food. The view from the restaurant's terrace is amazing. Great facilities, swimming pool, gym, sauna, and if you want to relax, book a massage or beauty session. I had a great time with Barbara, who didn't speak English but did everything she could to make me feel good. I am smiling every time I think of her.

The hospitality of the owner and the very nice place and the Tiny house is a very good place to stay.

this hotel in between the two rivers that flow through the town and the views are stunning, quite central to the town for entertainment. we were only passing through so didn't use all the facilities but was pleasant enough,

Public transportation is available every 10 minutes from the hotel to downtown. Kids enjoyed swimming pool very much.

Fantastic Alpine location with stunning views of the surrounding scenery. Very quiet, peaceful and spotlessly clean. Although we did not get chance to use them, the spa and heated swimming pool looked inviting. Great walks directly from the hotel. Good choice at breakfast and a good evening menu.

We liked the cleanliness, considering the bathroom and kitchen was shared, they were squeaky clean, and there were many facilities such as a sauna, swimming pool, recreational room, and more. We also liked the location, waking up to a gorgeous view of Harder Klum, and having fresh mountain water from the tap right outside our place.
