The room and the staff were great to us The breakfast is well organized and has many good options of nutritive and tasteful meals The hotel is well located and it is easy to go to many of the main common turistic points as London public transport works very well most of the time We were accommodated in a room bigger than we expected and the hotel as a whole has a great infrastructure Also thanks for helping my fiancee order our dinner as she does not speak english and the staff was very supportive and patiente with our first time common international travel challenges

Customer service excellent. We were offered longer than we paid on parking (an extra half day) and the room was very comfortable.

This is not our first time staying here. A few reasons why we came back to stay here apart from its affordable price. The location is great; a bus stop just at the front of the hotel and a tube station just a few minutes walk away. Tesco and Sainsbury are just a stone throw which makes it even more convenient. Also it's quiet during night time. The rooms are absolutely clean with comfy beds. Breakfast is continental yet generous. And most importantly, the staff have been very welcoming and accommodating.
