Staff were helpful and accommodating. Rooms clean, spacious and quiet. Breakfast filling. Shuttle taxi service from the hotel to Terminal 5 (seven pounds each). Late checkout can be negotiated.

The location is very good, it is very close (2 minutes walk) to Watford junction, from which you can get to Euston Station within 20 minutes by fast train. The accomadation is comfortable, clean and silent, staff was helpful, English breakfast was very good. I would certainly come back next time.
