Superb! We had to change our original booking and check in a day earlier, reception were very helpful and managed to get us in the same room. Warm, clean, comfortable, fabulous breakfast, professional and friendly staff, excellent location. Fabulous for our family, we will definitely come back!

Outstanding staff at reception! We booked last minute since our flight was cancelled, the staff at reception (trying hard to remember his name!) went over and above to welcome us in after midnight and he even got us pizza on the house! We are so grateful for the hospitality and this is the reason why we keep booking your hotel brand!
