Check in was quick and efficient. Staff were friendly and courteous. Trolley was available for moving luggage. Four lifts made a shorter wait going up or down.

Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T4 is directly connected to Terminal 4 via a covered link-bridge which is now open at Heathrow Terminal 4.

Lovely hotel and staff, breakfast was really good, what impressed us in the bathroom was a note to say if a guest forgot any toiletries the hotel would provide some, We never experienced that before apart from the complimentary ones, would definitely recommend this hotel.

This is our second stay at the hotel. We had a really warm welcome from the staff and really appreciate their hospitalities. They are very attentive to detail and we got the rooms next to each other as requested. The rooms are very clean and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast selection is always ready and we can see that the staff team has put a lot of effort into preparing the breakfast. Thank you Noelita, Maggie and Martina for helping us throughout our stay. We would recommend this place and look forward to coming back soon!

The location is very good, it is very close (2 minutes walk) to Watford junction, from which you can get to Euston Station within 20 minutes by fast train. The accomadation is comfortable, clean and silent, staff was helpful, English breakfast was very good. I would certainly come back next time.

Hotel was much nicer than I anticipated. Every member of staff were so nice.Would definitely stay again.
