Saudi Arabia"The hotel was amazing, with a good reception area. Abdilah and ayu , krisan , bayu provided excellent service. I had a problem outside the hotel, and when I contacted them, they were very helpful and resolved everything for me. However, the room was a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Despite that, if I come back to Bali, I will choose this hotel again."

The room was super clean, breakfast was amazing, such a large selection of good quality food and very friendly staff. The free airport transfer and free breakfast included in my booking was a real bargain. I thought it was lovely that staff hand delivered a complimentary bowl of fruits to my room in the evening, what a nice touch! Because of my experience I would definitely stay again as well as other Holiday Inn Expresses in Asia. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
