"The hotel was amazing, with a good reception area. Abdilah and ayu , krisan , bayu provided excellent service. I had a problem outside the hotel, and when I contacted them, they were very helpful and resolved everything for me. However, the room was a bit smaller than it appeared in the pictures. Despite that, if I come back to Bali, I will choose this hotel again."
