Position is perfect to reach metro stops and the area Is quite good/safe surrounded by places to have food/supermarkets. Staff is super nice and I was happy to approach them. I did not have any specific request but ladies were always smiling. Room was warm, bed is super comfortable and pillows as well. Room was cleaned every day and I had fresh towels. The place is perfect for people who are just walking and visiting all day the city. Clearly there is not a big reception to seat and read or have a coffee but despite the other (negative) reviews that I cannot compare with my experience I would like to stay here again during my next trip to NY!
