Free laundry was a great plus as we came for training in Chengdu JF Dry slope centre so we really needed it. Location is good, subway station and big shopping mall are in walking distance. Far away from the city centre, but if you need to stay in Xindu this is a very good choice. Daily cleaning service, personnel is very helpful though nobody speaks English.

Not only does he speak perfect English, Klein makes impossible possible. ANYTHING I needed or was stressed out about, he resolved. Help with room, replenishing amenities, advice about touring the park, transportation, amazing restaurants, shops and drugstores, phenomenal taxi driver - Klien did it all! And he did it with such nice demeanor, always with a smile, as if it was effortless, though I know that his job is very demanding and taxing. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy, comfortable, well rested, and safe in my onward journey. Thank you to IHG for having him!!!
