    Really nothing. How is this property 5 stars. I thought the cab driver made a mistake. Absolutely no amenities. Not even a bottle of water. I have stayed in nicer Holiday Inns. The property is run down. Could not wait to leave!

    Exceptional stay at Holiday Inn Express in Parma! The reception staff, Roberto and Luigi, were incredibly professional and helpful. Their warm hospitality added to the experience. Impeccably clean rooms with fresh-scented linens. Delicious breakfast too!
