The atmosphere is like a magic place; the owners are amiable. The whole place is very beautiful and comfortable, so relaxing. I reserved a special dinner for two people; the food was fresh and delicious. You can taste the local ingredients. It is a perfect place to escape from a busy work life. They also have a huge shower and a bathroom with a jacuzzi.

Set within 18 km of Hunter Valley Gardens and 44 km of University of Newcastle, Rothbury Downs features rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Lovedale.

Lovely gem located on the outskirts of the Hunter Valley. Amanda was an amazing host and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. Super comfortable bed that was really cool despite us going during some very hot days. Had all the essentials needed for a great stay and she even provided some milk, cereal, juice and other breakfast/snack goodies! Would definitely be back to stay with Amanda 😊

The apartment was lovely, comfortable and big. I loved the breakfast with the homemade sourdough bread (!) and all the fruits. We enjoyed the wine tasting as well as the nature, pool and tennis court. I wish Australia wasn't that far and we would be able to come back. :)
