The host, Valerie, was above and beyond helpful and friendly. Despite the cold weather, the property was super cozy and snug. We both had the best nights sleeps while staying too! Valerie brings a lovely breakfast to the door each morning. I am so glad we chose Joly Tiny House and not a hotel.

I liked everything. Above all, I appreciate Jessica (the host). She is fantastic. She looked after me and went above and beyond her duties to make me feel welcomed. The house was clean, quiet, & peaceful. I hope to come back one day and I will recommend “Residence Souverain 94” to all of you. My score? 10/10

Fantastic spacious room and bathroom. Excellent facilities and extras. Very clean and bed was extremely comfortable - best nights sleep in years! Hosts were super friendly and responsive to any and all messages. Lovely notebook left by other stays of recommendations, really helpful to help us with where to go! Would definitely be back again if staying in Brussels. Highly recommend.
