Nice, quiet location, comfy bed, very detailed oriented - the bathroom drain had a lil lid so it wouldn't be smelly. The caretaker has the most adorable miniature puppy.

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the food is delicious and the staff go above and beyond. Its situated a few miles from the city of shumen and they even gave me a lift into town and back! Exceptional value for money. I would give this place 11/10 if i could. Only booked 1 night initially but booked the following day as the staff and atmosphere here is so friendly and inviting.
