The owner is really nice. He answered quickly to all my messages and offered to us a earplugs although the street is quiet (neighborhood is safe) but there are sometimes dogs barking or roosters singing early in the morning. We stayed 2 times, first time in the room upstairs, it's smaller but it has everything. The room downstairs is bigger and nicer. Everything was clean. Really good value for money. The location is right in the center.

I was pleasantly surprised by the vegan meals; even though I don’t usually eat plant-based, the food was fresh, flavorful, and satisfying. Breakfast was a real treat and the perfect start to my day. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always ready to offer great tips for exploring the area and ensuring I had everything I needed. Their recommendations truly enhanced my experience. Overall, Kasa d Vizin is the place to be when you’re in Santo Antão, regardless of your dietary preferences. I left feeling refreshed and can’t wait to plan my next visit!

Lovely ladies are working there! It wasn't hard to communicate even if they don't speak english. Clean and very nice room. Comfortable bed. And all just goood. Excellent breakfast with lots of choises. Clean and fresh pool was just perfect after long hiking day. Biggest recommendations to this place!

Great location in this cute town - next to some nice places to eat and with views of the mountains and coast. Also in a good location to do the hike to Fontanillas. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and the area is quiet at night - with the window open you can hear the sea. Also, a lovely breakfast.
