Perfect stay. Great room: clean and comfortable beds. Staff was great, very friendly, shout out to the cleaning staff specially, they were the loviest people and super helpful. The location is just amazing, few minutes walking from 3 of the most beautiful beaches I have ever seen. If you have a car is quite easy to park around too. The breakfast was basic but great. I would definitely come back and recommend.

We come at least 2x to Portocolom - and I was really happy this time. We had room 206 - which was more spacious. We were the ones who thought we booked until monday but it was until sunday. So even with our mistake the staff was friendly and Hugo relocated us to another hotel. The hotel is basic and clean and the connected restaurants are so good! Location is for me the best. Not too crowded - feels more local. Best Beach S'Arenal 40 min by feet. I like the breakfast as buffet - good value for the money!

The breakfast was very delicious and fairly priced. The hotel was very clean and room service is included. Everyone who worked there was so helpful and accommodating. In my opinion they went above and beyond. In addition to that the location was great. It was close enough to 2 different beaches and there is a supermarket around the corner.

The service is absolutely unbelievable- the owners Juan and Tom are so friendly and Kind. The location is also very good with all the best beaches around the hostel. By the way - try their food, seriously underrated

I highly recommend the hotel. Clean, comfortable and in excellent location, just 2 minutes walking from the best restaurants and shops. Sebastian and his sister are very nice and friendly, they welcomed us very well and helped when we needed. Nice stay!
