What a great find! This traditional Cortijo (farmhouse) stay was very special with warm friendly hospitable ladies running the accommodation on this working olive farm. The courtyard has a lovely garden with shade & a swimming pool (converted reservoir) which is very sheltered from the arid surrounding area. The entry to rooms & communal area is from the inner courtyard. Our room was spacious & rustic, yet comfortable. It was hot but with the thick walls & building design we didn't find a need to use the air conditioning which is good to have for more extreme weather. We enjoyed sitting out in the garden until darkness. The area was very quiet. We didn't want to leave! Thank you!

Fantastic location in the pueblo and also very close to the pueblo lift. Host was very accommodating especially as we made an extremely last minute booking. Clean and spacious room with air-con. The shared bathroom was right next door. Clean and spacious too.

Spotlessly clean and very well located, just a minute walk from the beach front. Staff were friendly and phoned me to ask what time we would be arriving, giving us the option to check in online and enter with a code, if necessary. Comfortable bed & Powerful shower. Only 55€ for the night was very reasonable.

I liked the location very close to sea and city centre yet still nicely quiet area. Everything in the property seemed new and very clean. Communication via WhatsApp was most smooth and pleasant (in English).

If you're looking for a peaceful, stylish, non-touristy place with informal atmosphere and you like dogs (the hosts' dogs - very friendly - like to accompany you in the common areas), this is your choice. The access road is quite ok actually, just follow the signs from Meson Rural restaurant and don't be afraid of the final steep hill, we made it with a small regular car with weak engine without problem. And we have to mention the home-made fig jam that you can get for breakfast, it's amazing.
