The entrance seems a bit dark, but once you get in it is very nice, great beds and showers, and very nice with breakfast vouchers. And the staff is extremely kind and welcoming! Recommend!

Facing the royal palace, 6-10 minutes walk from Plaza Mayor, St Miguel covered market, Sol, Gran Via… Fantastic location and staff. Cannot recommend this place highly enough. Rooms are huge, and spotlessly clean. And did I mention the staff? They are just fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble.

This hotel is located in the heart of Madrid, into Gran Via, one of Madrid's main communications artery and well-known for its shops and theatres.

Very central location on Gran Via, close to everything you may need - transport, supermarkets, sightseeing places, bars and restaurants. The staff are pretty nice and Inna proactively sent me a super detailed message on how to reach the property, they also arranged a taxi for me in the morning as I had an early flight to catch. The rooms are small however the owners have managed to fit them with everything you may need (the folding table and the safe were things I did not expect), also the complimentary drinks were a very welcome surprise. The place was very clean, and although located on the main street no noise was coming in from outside. Overall it is a place I would visit again.
