Spacious accommodation with everything that we needed. Clean and tidy. Quiet and peaceful location. Great outside space (if only the weather had been better!). The private hot tub was fantastic and we used it as much as we could during our 2 night stay. Would recommend and return if visiting the area again.

Our stay in La Récréation was a very pleasant experience. The personal attention from Youmna & Anthony made it feel if your are staying with friends, who wants to make the very best of your stay. At the day of arrival they send us a WhatsApp message to ask what our arrival time would be and if they need to make a reservation in one of the local restaurants. When we arrived, they came out the building to give us a tour around the building and told us about the history of the building. Breakfast with home made food or local food was sublime. The first day the gave us a lot of tips where to go and where not. They made also a map with interested things circled. Everyday at breakfast there was a personal talk about the previous day and the day ahead. Youmna & Anthony were really interested about the sites you visited and the plans of the day. The stay was very pleasant and many hosts in hotels or restaurants can learn from the personal approach of Youmna & Anthony.

With my friend we were hit by quite a bad storm while on our cycling trip and La Colombe bleue was everything we could have wished for. The lady who owns the place gave us a warm welcome even when we were all wett and causing some mess with our wett baggage. The house was cosy, everything was clean, the beds were very comfortable with soft blankets and towels. Since we came late, the owner proposed us something to eat what was very sweet of her. The other day there was a super delicious breakfast with plenty of differents stuff. It is visible the owner loves what she is doing and she is giving her heart to it. Thanks again for this great experience ♥️

2 km walk from the beach and resturants you can stay in sweet and kind Anitas house. You stay in her home , sharing shower and kitchen but this is not a problem since Anita makes you feel like home. Really good price and good value for money. There is a wonderful hiking path to the next little town "benic" - you can walk 12 km following the cost with dramatic wiews , and 9 km back following land and fields. Anita welcomes you and your dog for no extra charge ! And there us cute little garden with tables and chairs at the back. Free parking on the street just outside the house. From here, you can easily (by car) visit Dinard, Saint Malou, Cancale (magic oysters), and mont Saint Michele. (Aproxomatley 1 hour) I can recommend this place for a couple of nights!
