Lovely clean room Outdoor patio I have to agree with all of the positive reviews The owners went above and beyond to make our stay special We had a wonderful dinner which included wine on the patio Breakfast the next day with fresh bread. Fruit, eggs, yogurt and fresh preserves was wonderful We were treated to fresh tomatoes from the garden to take with us which we used every lunchtime for the rest of our holiday Thank you Michel and Patricia

I had visited Vichy a few years ago and found it well worth a second visit. The guesthouse is situated in a fin-the-siècle (not the last one of course) villa just outside of the stunning spa complex and a few minutes' walk from the Allier river. Warm welcome by nice host who showed us around, Cosy, spacious room, nice lounge where you can prepare and eat your own meals. If there are other guests (there weren't) you share the lounge with them. Hygiene 100%. Good beds, shower a bit underpowered but nothing to complain about really. Adequate breakfast. Host would have been glad to look after our luggage until we left in the afternoon, but unfortunately had to leave for the day herself; her friend at the supermarket across the street was so kind to keep our bags, which is saying something about the atmosphere here. Easy, straightforward 15 minutes walk from the train station. Tip: follow the Avenue de Paris from the station and not the Gambetta as suggested by Google, not that it's bad but the Paris is much nicer and perhaps 10 seconds slower. Recommended.

Wonderful building in pretty much best location in Vichy re sights, unique and historic, lovely large room and an excellent and most welcoming host - a one-off experience. Definitely recommend and we will come again

The hosts are very nice people. The bedroom and the bathroom are large and very clean. The breakfast was good. We appreciated the air conditioning because it was very hot.
