The location of this guesthouse is perfect with spectacular views of the sea. There is also a private path to the beach behind the guesthouse. We had a lovely room with sea views. It was very spacious, had a comfortable bed and a bathroom with separate bath and shower. They operate an honesty bar which has plenty of options and you can help yourself and just mark it down to your room. The buffet breakfast offers full cooked breakfast as well as some cereal, Yogurts, fruits etc. There is lots of parking available on site also. We would highly recommend Invernaine Guesthouse to anyone wanting stay around Nairn or Inverness.

The staff was an 11 out of 10 and the facilities were newly refreshed and incredibly comfortable.

The place was lovely, the host even more so. The house is kept wonderfully well. It offers all the luxuries one can hope for from a lovely aunt's house where you go for the holidays and get spoiled and cared for over and over again. Helen, the host, was super nice: available practically 24/7, ready to help you in any way she thinks of and great with tips on where to go and where to eat. We will definitely go back and we have already started telling friends and sharing fotos!

Breakfast was excellent. We ate everything served and left nothing on the plate. Most enjoyed conversation with other guests from European countries. Was a very precious opportunity for us travelling from Tokyo to meet and talk with such people at the big common table while having breakfast. The hosts were most friendly, very helpful and professional to make our stay extremely comfortable and relaxing. The facilities were kept clean, just like top-rated international hotels, and estate itself was in the midst of the green woods, fresh natural air and with a bit of Scottish historic flavour.

Mrs. Perla was a guest like there are few, relaxed and calm. She gave us the opportunity to enter before the agreed time. The room was welcoming, clean, provided with a complete breakfast kit. Availability of a fully equipped kitchen and a small living room. Mrs. Perla spent time with us to give us information but also to discreetly ask what we were planning to do and he gave us advice on it.
