We appreciated all the attention to even the finest of details from the bathroom items, to the decoration, tea/coffee service etc. We thought it was charming to have paper doilies under our cups and appreciated proper cloth napkins. The personnel were fabulous. The food was excellent. The Staff and everything really was very professional. Highly recommended. Merci beaucoup Jacqueline and Marc.

The host was lovely, kind, and helpful. The room was comfortable and sparkling clean, with off-road parking available. Plenty of snacks, tea, coffee, and bottled water were provided. There were also lots of leaflets and information about Harrogate to help you decide what to do and see.

This is the second time I've stayed here and each time was really great. The neighborhood is very quiet but only a few minutes walk to the center of town. The room was very clean and cosy. The breakfast is delicious and the staff was so kind and welcoming. I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved the location, only a few steps from the James Herriot display, the reason we visited Thirsk. The hotel is a part of the history and the decor is very suites. The breakfast was superbly cooked by the owner,Geof who was so friendly, welcoming and full of great stories about the area
