The owners are lovely people and the people staying in there with us that night was extremely friendly and very respectful of other people staying there. It was quiet and relaxed. I could cook if I wanted to and I washed and dried my clothes.

Location, peace & quiet and spotlessness. Host Lyndsay was exceptionally helpful and accommodating. Only a few blocks from Anfield so it's a perfect location if you are planning to attend a match. Will definitely stay here again!

The hosts provided very clear instructions for entering the property. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There were tea and coffee facilities with a mini fridge and storage space for clothes. There was a huge bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom. The bathroom had plenty of towel hooks, plus shampoo and shower gel. The shower had great water pressure and the temperature was easy to control. It was exactly what I was looking for in a picturesque place with canals, pubs and cafes nearby. There are lovely areas to walk around, including the dam and surrounding forest, and the canals. I arrived by bus and left by taxi, and I found it simple enough to move around without using a car.

Firstly, I was extremely impressed with lovely couple providing the accommodation. Upon contacting them for some assistance with locating the property, they went above and beyond with their help in doing so. Furthermore, they helped me with the information I needed to locate the place that was my main reason for visiting this lovely area. The property wasn't what I was expecting, it was much more. Not only immaculately clean, warm, and tastefully presented, once I met the hosts and was shown around, I received total privacy which was required in order to absorb just how lovely the place is. Phill. and his lovely wife Toni are there if you need them, but trust me, all you require and more, is already there for your arrival. The only problem I had was that my stay was too short, I wished I had booked for a longer stay in what is a lovely part of the country and exceptional accommodation. I will most certainly return for a longer stay very soon and cannot recommend No.78 enough. I won't be adding any photos because you have to see it to believe it!

Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. Location for Anfield is perfect and it’s a comfortable walk to Goodison Park as well. The contact I had with the host Jemma was above and beyond. She was extremely helpful and quick in her response and the room was very comfortable and as advertised. It’s about 10-15 minutes taxi to get into the city centre and there was free parking less than 5 minutes walk away. I’d happily stay here again if I visit Liverpool again. Thanks Jemma and team 👌
