The interaction with the owner Ivan and staff member. The fish dinner he cooked for us was superb. The vegetables were from his garden. The view was gorgeous and location fantastic. We even swam just in front, but the nearby lakes were a better spot. Easy bike hire and ride to Polace for groceries and bakery.

The host was nice and welcoming despite the fact she couldn’t speak English, but google helped to get the job done! 😊 The room was beautiful with a breathtaking view of the sea from the terrace (where we had our dinner!).

Very spacious kitchen veranda, lounge, room and bedroom. The view from the veranda was spectacular and flexible check ins . 50 m to the port and 100 m to the national park. Great restaurant to eat in underneath.

Location is very good as it near to the national park entrance. There is a supermarket, bakery and restaurants nearby a short walk away. I would recommend the restaurant Stella Maris, we went there the two nights it was very good price, lovely food and even better service. The host is very helpful and let us check out late.

Really beautiful place and location directly near by the sea with warmhearted hosts made our trip there. The view from the balcony (see photo), like the whole island, is serene and so beautiful it is Heaven on Earth. It is a minute walk to the sea so you can take many quick dips. Dragonflies and butterflies are in abundance. The Aleppo pines are full of cicadas. The restaurant is also a minute away. You see the vines growing from your room and can drink the homemade wine at the restaurant; you see fig trees and can have fig jam with your breakfast; the salad seemed homegrown too. The staff are all really friendly and go out of their way to answer any questions that you might have. They go above and beyond to ensure that you have a wonderful stay. The location is great! There are more restaurants, if you want them, about 5 minutes walk away and you pass Roman ruins on the way. It is a moderately easy walk to the inland lakes (about 35 minutes walk on a hilly path through the woods) where the water is even warmer for swimming. If you like walking (or cycling) there are lots of different paths and tracks signposted, from 2-14 km. There is an excellent local taxi service to get you from the port, or to take you anywhere else on the island.
