Everything about this property is perfect. In quiet neighbourhood, spacious rooms, comfy beds, excellent shower,simple check in and out, very kind owner, parking place, walking distance from old town!!! The lady who met me was so lovely. She spent some time showing me on a map local spots of interest and restaurant recommendations. The room itself was perfect for a solo traveller and could accommodate two people comfortably. The location was excellent, in the heart of the Old City, a couple of mins away from the Sea Organ and bus stop. Would definitely recommend and would stay again if ever in Zadar.

This is the second time we have stayed at this little gem. The location is perfect and easily walkable to restaurants/cafes. There is a mini mart and bakery right next door, so it is really convenient to grab water, etc. There is also a bus stop located beside the mini mart (busses run every hr, but can be quite late!). We waited 30 minutes past the scheduled bus time table and ended up ordering an Uber (Ubers are very cost effective; $6 to go downtown) and about a 10 minute ride). We reserved the superior room overlooking the sea. The view was just spectacular and the beach is a 1 minute walk. Although there is not daily maid service, the staff are very helpful and will replenish/clean whenever you need them to. Just lovely and friendly staff. Loved the quiet (adults only). Very relaxing trip and we WILL be back for a third time!
