It's a traditional Hungarian house divided into 3 apartments, we stayed in one of the smaller apartments, but it was very comfortable. We loved the garden and met one cat, our hosts were very accommodating and flexible. We just loved our stay. We knew in advance that the apartment is in a small village, there's not much to do directly in the village, but it's a great starting point to explore Bakony, which we did. And the peacefulness of the place is priceless.

The host is very kind and reliable. The room we had was spacious, we had a private bathroom which was modern. The place itself is very calm, birds chirping all day long. At night the room was very dark which is obvious in this area but for us it took some time to get used to. Around the village beautiful forests can be found, hope to return here one more time.

We booked the accomodation a week before traveling from New Zealand to Hungary after our original booking cancelled on us. We were very relieved to find such welcoming hosts and we recommend the flat for families. We stayed with our two teenagers and it was a perfect size for 4 people. We parked our car off the road and it was a secure, safe location. The town centre is within walking distance. There are two supermarkets, a bakery, café, petrol station, florist and vegetable shop nearby. Friendly and helpful hosts, we hope to visit again.
