If you are in Tentena as a foreign, this is the place you must stay! Nita is so friendly and helpful. Arranged our transport from Palu, then on to Rantepao. English is very good. Gave good advice on sites to see in Tentena. Breakfast very good. AA++

Yafi is probably the kindest, most thoughtful host you will find in all of Sulawesi. This man will go above and beyond to ensure you get the best service possible. Not only did he arrange a driver to pick us up at midnight when we arrived by bus, but when the driver cancelled last minute he came to pick us up himself. Furthermore, when we arranged a driver to Ampana, he made sure our driver was trustworthy by contacting him. He then discovered that we had mistakenly agreed to a pickup at 7am instead of 7pm. He directly alerted us and helped us fix this communication error. Thank you so much Yafi! Then I would also like to give special thanks to Yafi's father, who welcomed us with open arms every morning to prepare a delicious breakfast and a friendly chat. Honestly we felt a bit sad to have to leave again after meeting such friendly people. The airconditioned room was very comfortable and the breakfast very tasteful. If you plan on going to Tentena, this should be your go-to accomodation. Stay a couple of days, because the surroundings are beautiful and have a lot to offer.

Amazing place and wonderful people! We stayed there just one night but it was a great idea to stop there on our way to Togian Islands. Our host and his wife helped us to organise our further journey. He also recommended us a great place to stay in Ampana. Breakfast was delicious!
