This is the most incredibly beautiful bed and breakfast in a stunning & peaceful location. The hosts are really friendly and helpful. We booked the family room which had gorgeous high ceilings, a large comfortable bed and nice shower and bathroom. The location is a short drive from Imola and Bologna

Sara was really awesome. We had a delay and we arrived really late at the house and she was really flexible with the check in and helped us a lot. We stayed for a little bit this time but when we visit again Bologna we will choose her again.

Very nice Toskana like house, nice and huge gardens around, very calm neighborhood. Pool very nice, room big enough with private bathroom. The host Francesco was really nice and helpful, he had good recommendations about the area. He tried to fulfill all wishes and even cooked dinner for us one evening which was fantastic! Thank you!

We were here for the children’s book fair at Bologna Fiere. While the property is not that close, it is unbelievably convenient - with a bus stop outside the building that provides direct access to the city or with a short transfer, to the conference centre. The property itself is spotless and recently renovated. It is situated in a quiet neighbourhood, so no noise to keep us awake. Vladimiro, the host, is a kind and friendly man who went out of his way to help us, and gave us wonderful recommendations for local restaurants. I recommend this property wholeheartedly!
