From the moment we arrived the hotel manager was outstanding. She couldn't do enough to make our stay perfect . They offer a really good fresh breakfast at their bar/coffee shop. The bedroom was absolutely perfect and beautifully decorated. The hotel is in a perfect location. I cannot say enough about how wonderful our stay was.

My husband and I, have been visiting the city of Macerata for many years. This stay, was by far our best ever. Palazzo Cortesi is a new establishment, situated in the very center of the city in an old gracefully renovated building (the way the Italian architects know how to do). I do not often make comments for my stays, but in this case it is totally worth it. Everything was perfect. They have studied every detail to offer a comfortable accommodation to the guests. They upgraded our room for free. It was a beautiful, bright, spacious and comfortable room (the bed, pillows etc, were exceptional). There was a mini bar in the room fully equipped with beverages and everything. We did not know how to turn on the heat (as we are not familiar with automatisms) and the responsible was more than wheeling to help us. As for the breakfast and coffee, well they gave us a card with which we could have our coffee and cornetti at the bar, found opposite the hotel, which happens to be the bar of Macerata's local coffee- "Romcaffè" (the tastiest, in my opinion Italian coffee, along with the Neapolitan ones). I strongly suggest it!

The rooms were clean and very comfortable. The owner went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. They were extremely accommodating and waited also our arrival in Macerata. Matteo was really nice to us. The weather was not so good so we stay almost all time in appartments. Matteo have really nice playing room wich will be interesting for kids and for adults also.

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect — close to both Loreto and the beach, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area.
