Gorgeous building in a super location. Throughly modernised and renovated to a really high standard. Really well appointed, very clever decoration. The owner was really helpful and made a great recommendation for breakfast. Fantastic value for money.

We had a wonderful stay at Demora Minelli. The room was spacious, modern, and equipped with all the amenities we needed – a comfortable bed, a great shower, a TV, and thoughtful touches like USB ports by the bed. Its location is perfect, just a short walk from Monopoli’s main train station. The host, Paolo, was incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Monopoli!

Spectacular view from balcony, close to historical city center. Comfortable bed, modern renovated room. Perfect air conditioning. Bathtub worked very well, we really enjoyed. Parking for free next to apartment, but we were lucky to find a spot. Host is very helpful and friendly. It was pleasant to find a bottle of Prosecco in the fridge 😀. Small beach is nearby. As a tip: Instructions how to use TV and bath will be helpful.

EVERYTHING! :-) this was the best hotel we have been so far! the rooms are super clean and beautifully decorated. the beds are extremely comfortable - we slept so well! and of course the jacuzzi with a view was a highlight. every morning we had breakfast on our cute balcony. you could chose between a traditional Italian (with fresh fruits!!) or continental breakfast. perfect location - you are in the center within a minute! Mariantonietta was always there when we needed help, she always replied so quickly to our messages. We immediately felt home when we entered the building for the first time! also the owner and his family were super friendly :-) we were sad that we had to leave, but we want to go there again for sure!

Perfect stay and good value for money in the heart of Monopoli! Owners were very helpful with parking and restaurant reservations (book ahead!) We didnt have trouble finding a free parking spot under 10 min walk away in mid-July. Apartment in 1 st floor is not on street level (good thing, very quiet) and was very clean and spacious, we didnt feel we wouldve needed any upgrade (plus had less steep stairs!) Thank you, would definitely stay again :)

    The apartment looked exactly same as pictures- very clean and comfy. It is well situated, near the old city. The room is quite big, you can use fridge, microwave. ,Very lovely host, had showed us everything which was needed. :) i recommend the place!

    We really enjoyed our stay and would live to go back someday. The property is inside the no traffic zone and so you really get a good feel of how the locals live while still being very close to the town center. Lots of amazing restaurants nearby. Monopoli is a beautiful little town. If you are driving then just plan your parking (if you are looking for the free spots especially on weekends when it gets very busy). We usually found free parking within 6-7 minutes walk from the property.
