A nice room onto the Piazza Santo Spirito. Nice and close to most of the main attractions. The location was full of great bars and restaurants and had a lovely vibe. The host Filippo was great! Great communication throughout, very friendly and welcoming.

The location of this place is just awesome, literally a stones throw away from the amazing Duomo! Everything is in walking distance, great shops, restaurants and attractions. Rooms are spacious, clean and so comfortable. Fatima and Teresa were very attending and helpful with tips on where to go. We loved spending two nights at the Relais Tosinghi 💕

I liked everything regarding my stay at Santa Rosa rooms! I loved the bedroom decoration as well as the colours they have chosen for the rooms. The bed was very comfortable and the room and the rest of the area were very clean. Despite there was no breakfast, the owners have a small space equipped with kitchen facilities and espresso machine in order to make your coffee (they offer espresso capsules for free)!!!

First Claudio was absolutely fantastic. He made our stay seamless and very enjoyable. He offered tons of advice and places for us to visit. Which proved to be extremely valuable. The room was more than I expected. Extremely clean, fair size (for Europe) and the location was perfect. 4 min walk to the train station and very central to all amenities. The only problem with our stay, was that it was too short. My wife and I would highly recommend staying at N7 while visiting Florence.
