The house is very small, which is perfect! Edoardo, the property owner is super attentive and genuinely nice :) They give you vouchers to have breakfast in the center - which is 4 min on foot - and you can eat in any restaurant. Parking is also within walking distance and safe. I also recommend booking a table in his tiny restaurant. It was one of the best meals we had on this trip and we would totally come back to both places: the hotel and restaurant :)

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The location was perfect — close to both Loreto and the beach, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. The host was incredibly accommodating and made the check-in process a breeze. They also provided some fantastic recommendations that really enhanced our trip. The property itself was spotless and exactly as described, meeting all our expectations. We’d happily recommend this place to anyone visiting and would definitely stay again.

Valerio was the perfect host, we stayed for a few nights and he put us up in a gorgeous apartment. On the second day it was terrible weather so he drove us up to a near by vineyard for a tasting, bravo! Nothing was too much trouble, what a guy.

He went above and beyond by giving us a ride, which was incredibly convenient and greatly appreciated. The facilities were top-notch, with a charming decor that added to the overall comfort of our stay. The air conditioning worked perfectly, ensuring we stayed cool and relaxed throughout our visit.
