Wonderful location, extremely comfortable bed, modern, high-quality and stylish furnishings. The host was also wonderful and communicated actively, helping us to find out information about the difficult weather conditions. We avoided any weather problems and had a great day in the city, as we were able to put our luggage comfortably and check in a little earlier. We also really liked the recommendations for eating places.

Francesco & Antonella made us feel welcome both via WhatsApp before arrival and as we arrived around at 9pm meeting us upon arrival, they explained the facilities in the room (Mini Fridge / Kettle / Etc.) and the communal Kitchen with Espresso Machine, Induction Hob and Microwave available. Access to the property is Website based to unlock two doors and this was very easy to do directly but keys could be provided if this was not possible. The Room (Celio) was huge with high ceilings and a queen bed, Aircon is provided and also a huge Radiator in case of colder nights. Additional firmer pillows were available in the wardrobe which also contained a small Safe (big enough for Passports / iPad mini and Kindle etc. (This would not hold a Laptop or a full size iPad) We did watch the TV on one of the evenings and this was good quality with App Links to the normal Streaming Services. Bathroom consisted of Sink / Shower / Toilet and Bidet, Shower Gel and Shampoo were provided and the room also had a Hair Dryer.

I had a one night stay at Apartment Chic Torino Centro Porta Nuova on Oct 23, 2024. From the booking process, check in and check out was a bliss. The instructions given by host Mr Giovanni was clear and prompt. The location was superb, very close to attractions and fine restaurants. We chose it for its location, and it exceeded our expectations. We entered the building through a beautiful, large wooden door and reached the property. At the entrance, there was a small desk used as a reception, a security camera, and two waiting chairs. We had informed them of our check-in time in advance, and someone was there waiting for us. Two very polite and understanding young people welcomed us. The property only has two rooms, and since we were staying as a family, we had booked both. This turned out to be a great idea, as we had the opportunity to use the entire place. The room we stayed in was quite spacious and lovely. The bed was comfortable, and everything — the bathroom, toilet — was spotless. We were very satisfied with the room. The property also has a café within walking distance, which I highly recommend visiting.
